  Unprofessional- I scheduled an appointment and the day before was left a message cancelling. Unfortunately, I didn't get the message until after arriving at my appointment and no one could help me. Shot an e-mail to reschedule with no response. Called a few days later to reschedule and was told that she could only meet with us during the week, but couldn't do evenings (most people work during the week/day). Then was told that I could just make the flowers myself because they're not that hard! What?! These are wedding bouquets!
